Protection of Property and Belongings

Pritula Homes Ltd. is committed to protecting the property and belongings of our clients during the renovation process. In the unlikely event of damage to any property or belongings, Pritula Homes Ltd. will take prompt action to rectify the situation.

Damages and Replacement

If any damage is caused to the property or belongings during the renovation, Pritula Home Ltd. will, at our expense, replace or repair the damaged item(s) with a equivalent item(s) of similar quality, functionality, and value. This includes but is not limited to:

·     Fixtures and fittings
·     Finishes and materials
·     Personal property and belongings

Notification and Procedure

In the event of any damage, the client must notify Pritula Home Ltd. immediately. We will assess the damage and take prompt action to rectify the situation. If necessary, we will provide a temporary solution or accommodation to minimize disruption to the client.

Limitation of Liability

Pritula Homes Ltd. liability for damages will be limited to the replacement or repair of the damaged item(s) as outlined above. We will not be liable for any consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from the damage.

By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this 


protection clause."
The scope of work for this project is as outlined in the accepted proposal and attached specifications. Any additional work or changes to the original scope of work will be considered extra work and will incur additional charges for materials and labor. These extra charges will be detailed and added to the final billing.

The customer acknowledges that Pritula Homes Ltd. will only be responsible for cleaning of the specific areas of the home outlined in the scope of work. Areas outside of the work zone, including but not limited to the basement and upper levels, will be blocked off with plastic during sanding, cutting, or other activities that may generate dust or debris. Ducts in work area will also be sealed off with plastic to assist in preventing dust and debris from travelling throughout the home. If the customer requires additional cleaning services beyond the work area, such as dusting or vacuuming of other areas of the home that they believe may have been affected by construction, additional fees will be applied. These fees will be calculated based on Pritula Homes Ltd.’s standard rates and will be added to the final invoice.

Extra work includes, but is not limited to: · Changes to the original design or specifications 

· Additional materials or labor required due to unforeseen site conditions 

· Upgrades or modifications requested by the customer 

· Any work required to correct defects or damage caused by third parties The customer will be notified and approve any extra work before it commences. The extra charges will be calculated based on Pritula Homes Ltd.’s standard rates and will be added to the final invoice.


Kitchen Design Change Policy” Any changes to the approved kitchen design must be submitted to Pritula Homes Ltd. in writing and approved by our design team before proceeding with the work.

This includes, but is not limited to, changes in materials, layout, dimensions, or features. If changes are made to the original design without our prior approval, Pritula Homes Ltd. reserves the right to: · Suspend work until the changes are approved and any necessary revisions are made to the design and scope of work · Charge additional fees for the changes, which will be calculated based on our standard rates and added to the final invoice ·

Revise the project timeline to accommodate the changes The customer acknowledges that changes to the original design may result in price increases, and they agree to pay any additional costs associated with the changes. Pritula Homes Ltd. will provide a written estimate of the additional costs and obtain the customer's approval before proceeding with the changes. By signing below, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to this design change policy."

Terms and Conditions: Non-Refundable Deposits

Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the payment and handling of non-refundable deposits for all projects provided by Pritula Homes Ltd.  By paying a Deposit, you agree to these Terms.

Deposit Amount

The Deposit amount is required to secure the service and date of your project. The Deposit amount will be credited towards the total cost of your project.

Non-Refundable Nature

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to, cancellation, postponement, or any other changes in your plans. Once the Deposit is paid, it will not be returned or credited under any conditions.

Cancellation and Changes

If you cancel or make changes to the project after paying the Deposit, the Deposit will be forfeited. Any additional payments or charges required for the project will still be due according to the terms of your agreement with us.

Payment Terms

Payment Method: Deposits must be paid via cheque, credit card (3% surcharge applies) or etransfer
Due Date: The Deposit must be paid by the commencement of the project.
Confirmation

Upon receipt of the Deposit, we will provide a confirmation via email to acknowledge the payment and secure your project.

Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damages incurred due to the forfeiture of the Deposit. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. Continued use of Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario Canada . Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
